Visit to Hoypoloi and PoP Galleries |
 I went on the road in April and spent a weekend in the galleries of Hoypoloi and PoP, both located in Downtown Disnyworld, Orlanda Florida.
Since I no longer do retail shows, I get very little face time with
the people who buy my work to gift or keep in their homes. At the
wholesale shows I get feedback from gallery and store owners and I
learn all about their tastes, but I am removed from seeing the reaction
of the people who buy my work for themselves.
The weekend I
spent hanging out with Ron, Christie their wonderful staff and all the
guests at both galleries really recharged my batteries. I came back to
the studio enthused, reasted, and ready to create new series and new
work based on the input I got during my visit.Thanks being such
wonderful hosts to everyone at PoP and Hoypoloi!
